Job summary

Luxoft in Eindhoven is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will handle payroll coordination, HR administration, and act as a local business partner across the Netherlands with a focus on compliance and employee experience.

You will report to the People and Culture Lead for the Netherlands and collaborate with the WSE HR team, supporting labour relations, policy implementation, and continuous improvement of HR

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 2-5 years HR experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Experience coordinating payroll inputs with external providers.
• Experience working in an international, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first HR contact for the Netherlands with local policies.
• Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage payroll inputs with external provider and local finance.
• Advise managers on employment terms and labour relations matters.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and reporting.
