Job summary

Ultipro in Roosendaal, Netherlands is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, data integrity, payroll coordination, and employee relations.

You will work with Dutch employment law, manage sickness absence/reintegration, and support Works Council activities. Strong data management and experience with UKG HRIS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR practices.
• Experience handling employee relations, sickness absence and reintegration processes.
• Proficient in payroll processes, pension, social security and benefits.
• Excellent HR data management and HRIS usage, incl. time/attendance systems.
• Familiarity with Works Council processes and local governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across recruitment, onboarding, changes in employment and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, correspondence and personnel records.
• Ensure accurate HR data in systems and timely updates.
• Oversee onboarding and new-hire administration with documentation and access.
• Coordinate time & attendance administration and payroll inputs.
• Support Works Council activities and local HR projects.
