Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review commercial agreements and related documents with a focus on redlines and negotiation.
• Prepare diligence lists, memos, clause-risk analyses, and renewal trackers.
