Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in healthcare/IT.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication with concise summaries.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across stakeholders.
• Preferred: CAPM, PMP or progress toward credential.
• Preferred: experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Preferred: familiarity with healthcare compliance/clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project plans, timelines and resource trackers.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and escalate risks to leadership.
• Coordinate go-live readiness activities and testing checkpoints.
• Draft and distribute project status updates to teams and stakeholders.
• Serve as central point of contact across engineering, clinical, product and client teams.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and follow up.
• Organize project repositories, templates, and reports with version control.
• Support dependency tracking and ensure alignment to scope and timelines.
• Apply PMO tools (Jira, Confluence) to keep status accurate and visible.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project tracking and communication.
