Job summary

Quantib BV in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Data Manager to own data topics across products, including dataset creation, data export, annotation workflows and performance monitoring. You will build reusable pipelines and mentor junior data team members.

Collaborating with radiologists, product managers, AI engineers and clinical researchers, you will shape data architectures, drive data collection, establish annotation guidelines, and ensure data quality and compliant processes in a hybrid office

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a health-related or scientific field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data management, data engineering, or data science, ideally in healthcare or medical imaging.
• Excellent proficiency in Python and database query languages, and comfort with databases such as BigQuery and MongoDB.
• Ability to structure, document, industrialize, and optimize data processes and tools.
• Experience writing automated tests and working with code versioning and review.

Responsibilities

• Own one or several data topics across products and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Design and maintain reusable tooling, pipelines, dashboards, and automation for data access and exploration.
• Make structuring decisions on technical implementation and data architecture, and maintain code quality.
• Surface actionable insights from the data lake to product, AI, and clinical stakeholders.
• Drive data targeting and collection, build representative datasets, and establish annotation guidelines.
• Mentor junior data team members through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Write automated tests and apply versioning and review standards to data processes and tools.
