Job summary

Aidence in Amsterdam is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to drive healthcare IT and clinical AI project delivery from kickoff through go-live. You will maintain project plans, timelines, and resource trackers, coordinating across Software Engineering, Product Management, Clinical Specialists, and Client Operations to meet schedule, quality, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project coordination/management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders.
Experience in Agile/Scrum software development environment (preferred).
Proficiency with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello (required).
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or related field (required).
Familiarity with healthcare compliance, medical imaging, or clinical workflows (preferred).
MS Office and Google Workspace skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (required).
CAPM, PMP, or progress toward credential (preferred).

Responsibilities

Coordinate healthcare IT and clinical AI project delivery from kickoff to go-live.
Maintain project plans, milestones, and cross-functional communication across teams.
Manage project documentation and action items; support readiness activities.
Monitor progress against milestones and elevate risks to leadership.
Coordinate go-live readiness activities and testing checkpoints.
Draft and distribute clear project status updates to stakeholders.
Serve as central contact for queries among engineering, clinical, product, and client-facing teams.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and follow through.
Organize repositories, templates, agreements, manuals, and reports with version control.
Support dependency tracking across workstreams and PMO processes.
