Job summary

Monks is seeking a Technical Lead (hands-on) to guide product strategy and steer cross-functional teams. This fully remote role offers opportunities to shape product delivery, stakeholder alignment, and organizational growth across distributed teams.

You will mentor junior PMs, drive agile execution, and ensure products meet market needs while aligning with the company's long-term vision. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering product strategy.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with internal and external partners.
• Experience mentoring associate and mid-level Product Managers.
• Familiarity with agile development and global distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and lead product-related inquiries and decisions.
• Drive long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with market trends and user feedback.
• Promote collaboration between Engineering, Design and Delivery teams to ensure successful development.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and adoption.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
