Monks is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and execute end-to-end development, from discovery to adoption. You will lead cross-functional teams, align with market opportunities, and drive growth while governing product roadmaps and stakeholder expectations.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design and Delivery, define KPIs, and champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement across product iterations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in digital products, software design and/or development.
• Proven end-to-end workflow discovery and process redesign in complex, multi-site organizations.
• Track record of taking a solution from concept through training, release and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and negotiation skills; translate needs into scalable product requirements.
• Experience managing end-to-end software product lifecycle for multiple features and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Trusted Advisor to clients, building relationships and guiding product decisions.
• Conduct market, business and user research to identify opportunities and inform strategies.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to protect delivery.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across levels and secure commitment to direction.
• Define and drive long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design and Delivery to ensure launches and adoption.
• Establish KPIs and use data to drive iterative product improvements.
• Foster continuous improvement and agile practices within the team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and share knowledge to spark innovation.
