Job summary

DoiT is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own and optimize the end-to-end GTM stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, and marketing automation. You will connect CRM, CPQ, and engagement tools, ensuring data flows, automation, and governance across the stack.

This role supports business users and collaborates with an internal engineering team. The position is fully remote with international coverage, offering opportunities to build scalable automations and rapid problem solving across Sales, Marketing,

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model)
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL and REST APIs, and able to write scripts in Python or JavaScript
• Track record of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service
• Systems thinking: good judgment about where logic and data should live across connected systems
• Understanding of lead-to-quote-to-close and the marketing funnel
• Comfortable using AI coding and automation tools every day
• Clear communicator who can push back on requests with reasons
• Fluent English, additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work in the country of residence (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM systems as a connected whole across CRM, CPQ and marketing automation
• Turn business requests into solvable problems and propose options with trade-offs
• Eliminate recurring manual work through automation or self-service tools
• Build automations, small tools and integrations with simple, durable approaches
• Keep the data model lean and trustworthy by retiring unused fields
• Ensure integrations are reliable using native connectors or well-handled custom solutions
• Use AI tools to build, investigate issues and speed up routine work
• Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack and identify next fixes
• Document changes and follow change management from sandbox to production
• Collaborate with internal engineering as needed to maintain system health
• Maintain leadership of current stack: Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong tools, Lusha, LinkedIn Navigator, Dripify, Ringlead
