Job summary
Drive Capital in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations. Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multi-country payroll operations.
- Direct familiarity with equity platforms like Shareworks.
- Strong track record of designing HRIS integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end global payroll operating model.
- Manage and develop a team of 2–3 direct reports.
- Lead operational administration of employee equity.
- Implement automation workflows to minimize manual data transfers.
- Drive payroll platform consolidations with HR Technology, IT, and Finance.
- Establish processing calendars and metrics to measure function accuracy.
- Resolve complex tax and payroll challenges swiftly.
