Job summary

Zohorecruit’s client, a global energy advisory, seeks a Chief Technology Officer / VP of Technology to own all technical aspects across two regions. This remote, hands-on role leads enterprise IT, internal systems, and client platforms, guiding strategy and execution with a small but distributed team.

You will manage cybersecurity, network, endpoints, CRM/Finance systems (Dynamics 365), and AI/automation initiatives, balancing cost, vendor relationships, and governance in a business-first

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology in a mid-sized organisation with both internal systems and client-facing products.
• Demonstrates a genuinely hands-on approach with modern tooling.
• Proven track record managing vendors, licensing and technology cost.
• Comfortable operating across multiple countries and time zones, with a practical, business-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise IT and operations across multiple countries.
• Manage internal business systems including Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations, and the reporting stack.
• Lead a portfolio of client-facing platforms across two regions, including maintenance and roadmaps.
• Drive AI and automation adoption, mapping processes with business teams to support growth without headcount increases.
• Manage technology costs, vendor relationships and managed-service arrangements.
• Lead a distributed technology team across several countries.
