Job summary

Chief Information Officer | Global SaaS Business

We are partnering with a global, private equity backed B2B SaaS business to appoint a Chief Information Officer. The company is in a phase of accelerated growth and transformation, with a clear value creation plan, an active M&A agenda and AI at the centre of both its product and its internal operating model.

This is a senior, high-visibility role with direct exposure to the executive team and investors.

The Role

• Own the internal technology agenda, including enterprise systems, data, security and infrastructure
• Drive practical AI adoption across the business
• Lead ERP (SAP) and enterprise systems transformation
• Support acquisition integration and the scaling of the operating model
• Build a high-performing technology function and strong partnerships across a matrixed, multi-country organisation
• Partner with the CTO to deliver AI capability across the product set.

The Person

• Current or recent CIO, or equivalent senior internal technology leader, in a SaaS business ($300m+ revenues)
• Private equity backed experience, with the pace and commercial discipline that brings
• Proven M&A integration and large-scale SAP ERP transformation
• A practical, delivery-focused approach to AI and data
• Credibility at CEO and board level
• Experience working internationally and leading international teams across the US, Europe and Asia.

Location

European based. International travel is a key part of the role.
