Job summary

The Company is seeking a Deputy CTO to partner with the CTO in leading a global engineering organization. You will oversee delivery cadence, platform modernization, data governance, and regulatory compliance while aligning technical execution with business strategy for scalable, high‑frequency trading platforms.

You will guide cross‑divisional engineering, manage budgets, and mentor VPs across Europe and the US, enabling strategic AI initiatives and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience with low-latency distributed systems and algorithmic trading infrastructure.
• Experience operating within regulated environments (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2).
• Strong leadership of global engineering teams and cross‑divisional data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day global engineering operations and delivery pipelines.
• Oversee platform consolidation and data governance across venues and markets.
• Drive cybersecurity execution and regulatory compliance (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2).
• Manage global engineering budget, vendor relationships, and M&A integrations.
