Job summary

Doghouse Recruitment in Amsterdam is seeking a CTO for a fast-growing SaaS scale-up of ~25 employees (10 engineers). You’ll drive structure and scalability for the next growth phase, shaping AI adoption and building a high-performing engineering culture.

You’ll lead a global platform used by 500 clients, coach engineers, define processes, and challenge design decisions from a technical leadership perspective while remaining hands-off operationally.

• Experience leading teams of similar size in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical background to coach engineers and guide architecture decisions.
• Clear perspective on processes, engineering culture, and ways of working.
• Interest and experience applying AI within software development.

We are working with a SaaS scale-up with around 25 employees, including ~10 engineers. The company is growing and they are looking for a CTO who can help them to bring structure and scalability for the next phase of growth, while helping the team to grow and implement AI practices.

The company has built a SaaS platform to support global players with critical business processes. With already 500 clients worldwide they still see opportunity to grow and they need a CTO who is interested to join a motivated management team to achieve this growth together.

What you’ll do
