Job summary

Abroad Experience is seeking a Direct Sales Representative who speaks German for a completely remote position. You will work from a home office in the Netherlands, engaging warm and cold leads, presenting our workforce management solutions, and driving sales from a fully remote setup.

The candidate should have 2-4 years of relevant experience, be fluent in German and English, and experienced with B2B or SaaS sales.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
• Experience with B2B or SaaS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
• Proficient with CRM software and other sales tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Contact warm and cold leads, create customer awareness, present products and services, and close sales
• Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video conference
• Follow up with leads from the customer service team to convert prospects
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to penetrate the market
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, services, and pricing
• Research the marketplace to understand competitors and customer interests
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare reports for management and gather research/statistics
• Meet with the Sales Director online to review activities and initiatives
• Perform other duties related to the role
