Qualifications

• Production-grade software experience, including AI-powered applications and agentic systems.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript and related AI tooling.
• Understanding of harness engineering, prompts, tools, and feedback for reliable AI.
• Experience with agentic workflows and orchestration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Client collaboration and technical discovery: translate business needs into requirements and delivery plans.
• AI application and software development: build AI-enabled apps, agentic workflows, APIs and data pipelines.
• AI harness engineering: build prompts, tools, context management, memory, observability and controls.
• Agent orchestration and workflow design: model complex workflows coordinating agents, tools, data and humans.
• Evaluation and quality assurance: establish testing, datasets and production monitoring.
• Rapid prototyping and product delivery: convert prototypes into production-ready systems.
• Enterprise integration: connect AI solutions to client systems and data sources.
• AI safety, security, and reliability: establish safeguards and fallback strategies.
• Observability and troubleshooting: instrument apps and diagnose complex issues.
• Engineering excellence: adopt CI/CD, testing, security and documentation practices.
• Cross-functional communication: align with product, design, security and clients.
• Knowledge sharing and innovation: develop reusable components and patterns.
