Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles is a plus.
• Previous experience in a fleet manager or vehicle maintenance role is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch & English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet in the Benelux region.
• Serve as contact for drivers and service partners.
• Coordinate and manage repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor support inbox and resolve deviations.
• Collaborate with operational team to maximize uptime.
• Analyze performance to meet KPIs and SLAs.
