Responsibilities
- Own the delivery outcomes of the Payments squad and ensure high-quality software.
- Set technical and architectural direction for payments domain at scale.
- Lead by writing specifications and reviewing architecture decisions; contribute to implementation.
- Solve complex technical problems while mentoring engineers.
- Define operating model and ways of working to balance speed, quality, resilience.
