Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry-relevant work experience in a field service or similar role.
• Good mechanical, electronics, and electrical experience; assembly-level fault detection knowledge will be provided as part of training.
• Applicants must be customer-focused, able to communicate well, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service support for Molecular Devices instruments, including installations, repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Manage customer service inquiries, repairs, installations, and maintenance to agreed service levels.
• Travel within BeNeLux and to other sites as needed to support service teams.
