Job summary

Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. in the Netherlands is seeking a Field Service Engineer – Northwest EU (primarily Benelux).

You’ll start in the Hoevelaken workshop with real equipment and receive structured training, then gradually join hospital sites across Benelux. This entry-level role is designed to grow into a field service engineer, with stage-based development from workshop to on-site installation, maintenance and repairs of patient monitoring and anaesthesia devices.

Qualifications

• Strong hardware aptitude and curiosity about how equipment works.
• Experience with medical devices is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to be based in Hoevelaken during initial training and then on-site across Benelux.
• Fluent Dutch and business-level English.

Responsibilities

• Learn to install, maintain, and repair advanced medical devices through hands-on workshop training.
• Progress to troubleshooting hardware issues and provide technical support to hospital staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training as you move through stages of the role.
