Job summary

Tether.io is seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests from various teams. This builder-and-gatekeeper role collaborates with designers to deliver booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag and invites, while proactively spotting risks before they become problems.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, maintaining brand integrity, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
• Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; understanding dielines, safe areas, and print specs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage several cross-functional requests.

Responsibilities

• Request intake and triage for varied event-related creative requests.
• Design collaboration and project management with clear specs and timelines.
• Quality assurance for print and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and technical specs.
• Event documentation and knowledge management with asset organization for reuse.
• Risk and logistics ownership including vendor coordination and contingency planning.
