Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an L3 AV Events Technician to elevate event production across internal and external events. You will be the primary escalation point for AV issues, lead Tier 2 programs, and partner with stakeholders to ensure high-quality technical execution in the EMEA window.

You will manage video/audio mixing, camera operations, lighting, and run-of-show adherence, with strong emphasis on problem-solving and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Media Production, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a live event technician, with proven ability to lead complex AV events.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile AV events with video/audio mixing, camera ops, lighting, and floor management.
• Act as Technical Director, Lead Video Engineer, or Technical Production Manager depending on event scope.
• Attend pre-show production meetings for role clarity and responsibilities.
• Follow run-of-show documentation to guide technical execution and show flow.
• Test playback elements and ensure readiness of switchers, graphics, mixers, microphones, and gear.
• Provide AV operational support in customer offices, including content display and live streaming.
• Troubleshoot sophisticated AV systems and escalate unresolved issues.
• Mentor lower-level technicians across APAC and EMEA.
