Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for a growing enterprise customer base. You'll collaborate with Account Executives, work with customer technical contacts, and architect tailored integration solutions.

Based in Belgium or nearby, this remote-first role requires fluency in English and willingness to travel for customer onsites. You’ll build demos, develop self-service tools, and help product teams standardize integration patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background to help customers architect integration between our solutions and existing systems.
• Excellent communication and adaptability to different audiences.
• Proficient in Python and software development fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical sales process.
• Provide bespoke support to customer technical contacts and architect solutions.
• Create demonstrations that clearly communicate our product's value proposition.
• Develop enablement resources to boost the sales team's technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns with product teams.
