Job summary

ElevenLabs Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform for enterprise customers.

You will scale technical solutions, work with sales teams, and improve internal processes to support a growing customer base. You will collaborate with Account Executives, engage with customer technical contacts, and craft demonstrations that clearly communicate our product’s value.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and software development concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Ability to identify scalable patterns and standardize solutions.
• Experience collaborating with customers to architect integrations and solve technical problems.
• Comfort with explaining complex concepts and giving tailored support to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical sales process.
• Engage directly with customer technical contacts to design and support solutions.
• Create compelling technical demonstrations that highlight product value.
• Develop enablement resources to boost the sales team's technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation independence.
• Identify reusable integration patterns and work with product teams to realize them.
