Job summary

Jobgether’s partner in the Netherlands is seeking an Engineering Manager - Product to lead a small, high-impact product engineering team in a fully distributed software environment.

You will guide engineers across cloud spend management, data pipelines, visualization, and intuitive product experiences, partnering with Product and Design to align priorities with customer needs and business goals.

• Proven experience managing and developing software engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a compact product engineering team and foster high-performing culture.
• Establish clear priorities and remove blockers to meet product goals.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate customer needs into initiatives.
• Balance delivery speed, quality, reliability, and maintainability in tradeoffs.
• Oversee ownership of features from concept to launch.
• Define standards for design, testing, and engineering processes.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of engineering talent.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design, and leadership for clear decisions.
• Foster ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
