Job summary

Delta Group in Hoofddorf near Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Project Manager to grow our Energy Infrastructure Solution business in Europe. You will act as the technical project manager, coordinating engineering, project delivery teams, and third parties to ensure successful solution delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least 3 years in Renewable or ESS System- / Solution Project Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewable or ESS System- / Solution Project Management.
• Ability to understand technical details related to products and systems involved.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously.
• Leadership skills in a multi-cultural organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch, German, or Mandarin are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical project manager for solution delivery in customer projects.
• Manage stakeholders from engineering, project delivery team, and 3rd parties such as consultants and EPC companies.
• Analyze project challenges, structure tasks, clarify resources, and prepare planning, kick-off, and closing.
• Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach.
• Design and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Coordinate projects and track progress with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility and delivery.
• Organize and support qualification tests to secure quality.
• Provide project management support to customers.

For our Energy Infrastructure Solution team we are searching for an experienced Project Manager to help grow our business in Europe.

Your main challenges:

• Act as technical project manager for solution delivery in customer projects. Manage the involved stakeholders from engineering, project delivery team, and the 3rd party such as consultants and EPC company.
• Analyze the challenges of the projects, structure the key tasks, clarify the resource & skill requirements, and prepare the project planning, kick‑off, and closing.
• Optimize and improve processes, as well as the overall approach.
• Design and perform the risk management plan to minimize project risks.
• Project coordination and progress tracking with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, as well as delivery of the project.
• Organize and support on qualification tests to secure the quality.
• Provide project management support to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewable or ESS System- / Solution Project Management, experience in utility‑scale project management is an advantage
