ClickHouse is hiring an EMEA People Business Partner Lead to be the primary strategic People partner to business leaders across the region. By combining deep business partnership, organizational insight, and proactive People strategy, this role will help shape how the EMEA organization evolves—not simply respond to the needs of the business as they arise.

This role requires strong business acumen to translate growth strategy into proactive People and organizational practices across diverse EMEA

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior HRBP or People leadership roles.
• Ability to translate business strategy into proactive People strategy.
• Experience with organizational design and workforce planning.
• Influence senior leaders and drive independent decisions.
• Experience across global, distributed organizations (EMEA).

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary People partner to managers and leaders in EMEA.
• Translate priorities into proactive People strategies and assess risks.
