Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks an Email Designer based in the Netherlands to craft high-quality campaigns and Klaviyo pop-ups for ecommerce growth. You’ll translate briefs into mobile-friendly designs that fit multiple brands, collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and marketing leaders in a fast-paced remote environment.

Deliver at least eight designs daily, ensure accessibility and deliverability, and use Figma, Canva, and Klaviyo to build reusable components.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience designing marketing emails or similar digital assets in a fast-paced creative or ecommerce environment.
• Strong practical skills in Figma and Canva with the ability to create polished, consistent designs efficiently.
• Experience designing Klaviyo pop-ups and forms, preferably with understanding of subscriber acquisition and conversion.
• Solid understanding of email design principles, including visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, typography, spacing, and clear calls to action.
• Knowledge of email development constraints, including designing headlines and body copy as live HTML text and creating buttons using native Klaviyo styling and CSS.
• Familiarity with web-safe fonts, color contrast, Dark Mode compatibility, and ensuring readability across email clients.
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices, balancing live text and images rather than single-image layouts.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance in layout, proofreading, and error prevention.
• Ability to manage a high volume of daily design requests while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, tracking tasks and revisions in tools like ClickUp.
• Clear written communication and collaborative approach with strategists, copywriters, and marketing leaders.
• Proactive, creative mindset with ability to learn and apply feedback quickly.
• Comfort working in a structured, performance-oriented environment focused on speed and measurable results.
• Nice to have: experience with AI-powered image generation tools for campaign visuals and AI-assisted workflows.
• Working schedule: full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, UK business hours 11:00–19:00, GMT/BST.
• Location: ability to work remotely from the Netherlands under a full-time contractor arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Design: Create clean, on-brand email designs for marketing campaigns, automated flows, and promotions across brands.
• High-Volume Design Production: Deliver at least eight completed email designs per day while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Mobile-First Design: Develop responsive layouts that look good on mobile and in different clients.
• Klaviyo Pop-Ups and Forms: Design and refine Klaviyo pop-ups and forms to support subscriber growth.
• Visual Hierarchy and Content Layout: Translate briefs and copy into clear layouts with strong calls to action.
• Revisions and Optimization: Incorporate feedback quickly to meet campaign requirements and performance goals.
• Campaign Personalization: Adapt designs for audience segments and A/B testing scenarios.
• Quality Assurance: Check spacing, alignment, copy placement, links, and overall accuracy before submission.
• Design Best Practices: Ensure copy exists as live text, with CTA buttons implemented via Klaviyo styling and CSS.
• Accessibility and Compatibility: Apply web-safe fonts, color contrast, and Dark Mode considerations.
• Deliverability-Conscious Design: Use balanced live text and assets, avoiding image-only emails.
• Design Tools and Asset Management: Use Figma and Canva to create, refine, and organize components and templates.
• Workflow Management: Track tasks and revisions in ClickUp for transparent communication.
• Performance and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to higher CTRs and conversions through design decisions.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate proactively and collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and leadership.
