Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Marketing Designer (Fractional) based in the Netherlands to define and elevate the visual identity of a fast-growing B2B SaaS business. You will own the design system, build pages in Webflow, and craft scalable presentation templates for sales and marketing.

You will collaborate with the founding team, translate briefs into compelling concepts, and deliver production-ready assets across digital channels with autonomy and speed.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional design experience within B2B SaaS or agency serving SaaS clients.
• Portfolio demonstrates cohesive brand identity across websites, sales materials, and advertising.
• Proficient in Figma and launched live sites using Webflow.
• Fluent in PowerPoint and Google Slides; create reusable templates.
• Strong typography, composition, layout and visual hierarchy with high attention to detail.
• Fast, self-directed; able to turn briefs into multiple strong creative directions.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with overlapping US Eastern hours.
• Experience with motion design tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Rive is a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and familiarity with SEO/AI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system; audit materials and document standards in Figma.
• Design and develop landing pages and site sections in Webflow from concept to live publication.
• Build and maintain a scalable sales presentation system in PowerPoint/Slides with reusable templates.
• Produce advertising and social media creatives across LinkedIn and paid channels; multiple variations for testing.
• Create product mockups, feature graphics and lightweight motion assets for multiple channels.
• Publish and hand off assets; manage Webflow CMS updates and email templates.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and lead creative direction.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape the visual identity and refine existing design approaches.
• Work efficiently in a fast-moving environment; manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Help establish visual foundations for a growing category and market perception.
