Job summary

ZENGGI B.V. is seeking an Email & Paid Media Growth Specialist to join the team in Amsterdam.

You will manage the CRM via Klaviyo, rollout newsletters, and oversee paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok to boost online sales and site conversion. You will collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams, ensure accurate reporting, and drive growth across emerging markets while maintaining strong communication in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HBO+ level education required.
• Hands-on attitude with independence, teamwork, accuracy, and flexibility.
• At least 4 years’ experience as a newsletter and/or paid media specialist.
• Experience with Klaviyo (or similar like Clang, Mailchimp).
• Experience with Meta advertisements.
• Photoshop and Shopify experience a plus.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CRM roadmap and build customer loyalty through Klaviyo.
• Implement the business/marketing plan and budget for paid media on Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Grow presence in emerging markets and analyze sales figures monthly.
• Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, customer service, purchasing and administration.
• Expand, monitor, analyze, and optimize CRM KPIs and newsletters.
• Track weekly newsletter performance with the director and drive growth.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for our Newsletter and Paid Media campaign roll out. Aquisition and retention. This involves managing the daily newsletter designs and customer flows and paid media advertisements on Meta, Google and Tiktok, collaboration with colleagues from the e-commerce & marketing team, customer service, purchasing and administration. You will oversee the daily maintenance of the product offerings for both chanels and work to boost online sales (site conversion).

Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HBO+).
• Hands-on attitude, independent, team player, accurate, and flexible.
• At least 4 years of experience as a newsletter and/or paid media specialist
• Experience with Klaviyo (or Clang, Mailchimp)
• Experience with Meta advertisements
• Experience with Photoshop and Shopify is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Organized and structured approach to work and reporting.
• Proven commercial experience in e-commerce.
• Knowledge of products and technologies related to innovation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of online marketing and audience targeting.
• Sense for commercial promotions and passion for fashion and apparel.
• Experience and knowledge in SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with web and email analytics.
