Job summary

Neways Cable & Wire Solutions Echt is seeking a Junior Customer Quality Engineer who will develop into a key customer contact, learning to assess, register, coordinate, and follow up on complaints with guidance from senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Curious about technology and quality, eager to learn.
• Structured, accurate, and proactive in daily work.
• Good command of English; Dutch preferred; German a plus.
• Interest in quality methodologies such as 8D and FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, registering, and coordinating customer complaints under guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Monitoring actions, deadlines, and progress across ongoing complaints.
• Maintaining contact with customers throughout the complaint process.
• Coordinating with NCWS Echt and NSK Slovakia on root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Reviewing analyses and improvement actions with experienced colleagues.
• Supporting New Product Introductions and RFQ/proposal processes.
