Zusammenfassung

Neways Cable & Wire Solutions Echt is seeking a Junior Customer Quality Engineer to become a key contact for customers and to learn how to assess, register, and follow up on complaints. You will cooperate with colleagues across NCWS Echt, NSK Slovakia, and other specialists to ensure timely and professional communication of progress and resolutions.

You will grow into more operational responsibility, coordinating root-cause analyses and corrective actions, while learning to translate findings

Qualifikationen

• HBO level of working and thinking, e.g. technical, business, logistics or quality-related studies.
• Graduate or up to ~3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer contact, quality, production, logistics or a technical environment is a plus.
• Interest in quality methodologies such as 8D and FMEA and willingness to develop knowledge in these areas.
• Structured, accurate, proactive way of working.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with others.
• Good command of English; Dutch is strongly preferred; German is an advantage.
• Affinity with semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or ASML ecosystem is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Assessing, registering, and coordinating customer complaints under guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Monitoring actions, deadlines, and progress across ongoing complaint cases; maintaining customer contact.
• Coordinating with NCWS Echt and NSK Slovakia; requesting root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Reviewing analyses and improvement actions with experienced colleagues.
• Cooperating with Account Engineering, Quality, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.
• Supporting customer audits, business reviews, and Voice of Customer discussions.
• Contributing to quality improvement plans and RFQ/proposal processes.
• Assisting New Product Introductions and RFQ processes and actively contributing to structural quality improvements.
