Job summary

KARL LAGERFELD is recruiting an E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator to join the Amsterdam-based team. The role focuses on delivering logistics services that meet customer expectations and monitoring daily fulfillment operations to sustain growth in the business.

You will act as the supply chain link for successful sell-in rollouts, coordinating with warehouse, digital, finance, IT and customer service to resolve order-related questions and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years in eCommerce, logistics or related areas.
• Experience coordinating internal and external service providers.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with external warehouse to ensure timely order processing.
• Collaborate with Digital, Finance, IT and CS to resolve e-commerce order questions.
• Monitor order flow lifecycle and identify issues in the cycle.
• Process daily returns and refunds.
• Create/run reports to identify service-improvement needs and drive productivity.
