KARL LAGERFELD in Amsterdam is seeking a Merchandiser for Women’s Accessories to shape the product assortment across categories and drive sales performance. You will reflect both creative vision and commercial success in collections.

You will collaborate with Design, Product Development, and licensing partners, ensuring timely launches and strong market alignment. This role offers remote working arrangements and Amsterdam-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in fashion or business; fashion degree valued.
• 2–4 years experience in accessories and bags merchandising at a luxury/contemporary brand.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Up-to-date with latest trends and design.
• Able to balance superior product design with commercial viability.
• Eye for detail and consistency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Independent as well as a team player.
• Flexible, well-organized, positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Lead range planning for Women's Accessories across categories with Design and Product Development.
• Provide weekly market feedback; analyze sell-in and sell-out performance.
• Conduct trend and competitor research to stay ahead.
• Oversee seasonal product calendar for timely launches.
• Analyse historical data to guide assortment planning.
• Prepare and distribute reports on best-sellers and sell-through.
• Share product and style information with internal teams and licensing partners.
• Support line books, online sales tools, and merchandising presentations.
• Attend sales appointments and market visits to gather insights.
• Mentor junior merchandisers and interns.
