Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld is seeking an E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Amsterdam-based team. You will be the logistics link, ensuring timely order processing with our external warehouse and collaborating with Digital, Finance, IT and CS to resolve order questions.

Daily monitoring of order flow, returns, and reporting will be key. You should bring 1–2 years in eCommerce/logistics and strong Excel, Shopify and M3 ERP experience, plus fluent English in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration or equivalent.
1-2 years experience in eCommerce, logistics or related areas.
Experience coordinating internal and external service providers.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Process-oriented, proactive, takes initiative and can work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail.
Experience with ERP (M3), Shopify, and reporting tools.
High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots).
Improvement driven and self-motivated.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Daily contact with external warehouse to ensure timely order processing.
Collaborate with Digital, Finance, IT and CS to resolve e-commerce order questions.
Monitor order flow lifecycle and identify issues in the cycle.
Monitor and process returns and refunds daily.
Create and run reports to identify service improvements and solve ops issues; improve processes.
