Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Client Service Advisors to deliver exceptional support to our international customer base while working remotely from Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders, payments, and returns, and troubleshoot issues to provide swift resolutions.

The role requires Dutch at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
