WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Greece. The role is 100% remote from Greece and covers customer service, after-sales support, and technical assistance across projects.

Dutch language proficiency (C1/C2) and English (B2-C1) are required, with strong communication skills. The position offers a 100% remote setup in Greece, a salary of €1,300–€1,500 gross per month (paid over 14 months), plus a performance-based bonus up to €250/month.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases.
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
