Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. This role is 100% remote from Greece, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts depending on the project.

You will handle phone, email, and chat inquiries, assist with orders, returns, refunds, and warranty claims, and use CRM tools to manage customer cases. Requires Dutch C1/C2 and English B2-C1, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Dutch required.
• English level B2-C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction
