Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams from Greece. The role is 100% remote from Greece, with Monday–Friday hours and occasional weekend shifts.

You will handle phone, email, and chat inquiries, support orders and returns, and provide after-sales assistance, with potential for growth into QA or specialist roles. Requirements include Dutch at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Dutch: C1/C2 level
• English: B2-C1 level, depending on project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties and repairs
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through setup and configuration
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions
• Create and manage customer cases in CRM systems
• Investigate issues and escalate complex cases when needed
• Provide timely updates to customers on their cases
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain customer records
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to resolve inquiries
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction
