Job summary

WW Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Greece. The role is 100% remote from Greece with Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts depending on project.

Provide support via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries on products, orders, and returns, and guiding customers through setup and issues. The position requires Dutch C1/C2 and English B2-C1 with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at C1/C2 level
• English proficiency at B2-C1 depending on project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams when necessary
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries
