Huzzle is seeking a reliable, Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to support a renovation business by managing incoming calls and messages during opening hours. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring inquiries are handled professionally, recorded accurately, and directed to the right person, with ownership of each interaction and clear next steps.

You will book calls and escalate urgent issues as needed, using GoHighLevel CRM.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or call center operations.
• Fluent Dutch with clear, professional communication.
• Calm, friendly, confident on the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and messages during opening hours.
• Take accurate notes in the CRM and explain next steps.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate team member (sales, project coordinator, owner).
• Book calls directly into the relevant person's calendar.
• Escalate urgent issues on active renovation projects.
• Follow the client manual and established procedures.
• Ensure every inquiry is followed up or handed over appropriately.
• Maintain clear internal communication for timely customer updates.
