Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch to join our client’s team. You will handle queries by phone, email, and chat, documenting resolutions and ensuring cases progress within the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration, quality, and adapting to KPI targets. Ideal candidates will have near-native Dutch (CEFR C1) and good English (B1+), with experience in outsourced customer service being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at CEFR C1 or near native, plus at least intermediate English (B1+) in writing and speaking
• Experience in outsourced customer service is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat and provide resolutions
• Record case resolutions in the contact center tool
• Ensure cases are resolved within the lifecycle and escalate as needed
• Work independently and in a team, communicate with internal and external contacts
• Meet quality standards and KPIs, complete rostered hours
• Attend trainings and perform ad hoc tasks to improve service
