Job summary

TreviPay, a global B2B payments and invoicing network, is seeking an entry-level Client AR & Support Specialist I in the Netherlands. You will support B2B collections and accounts receivable activities while delivering an exceptional customer experience via phone, email, and Teams, following SOPs.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to develop toward Specialist II. The role combines customer service with finance duties, offering hybrid work with some remote flexibility

Qualifications

• Dutch language required; Lithuanian preferred
• Good English writing/reading/speaking skills
• 0–1 years of experience preferred; customer service, contact center, or collections experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to support B2B collection efforts with a call-first mindset
• Answer and make calls; respond to inquiries via phone, email, and Teams
• Provide elite customer experience in all interactions; record interactions in CRM
• Respond to requests for payment history and open invoices; navigate core systems
• Meet or exceed departmental KPIs (quality, past-due rate, 60+) and assist with training and reconciliations
• Identify root causes of issues; escalate complex matters to senior team members
• Provide feedback to improve training and documentation
• Seek coaching to build program knowledge and advance to the next role level
