Redcare Pharmacy in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage B2B invoicing, collections, and payments, ensuring accurate financial data and timely processes. You will work across departments to support monthly closings and KPI reporting.

The role emphasizes improving controls, reducing DSO, and driving automation while communicating with customers and internal stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Solid understanding of invoicing, collections, payment processing, and receivables management.

Responsabilités

• Manage B2B transactions and invoicing: ensure accurate and timely processing of B2B invoices; communicate with customers and resolve delays.
• Manage collections and overdue receivables: monitor balances, follow up on overdue payments, reduce DSO.
• Manage accounts and payments: account clearing, monitor open items, process customer payments and credits.
• Own the monthly B2B invoicing process: coordinate and execute the monthly B2B invoice run.
• Collaborate across departments: work with Retail Media, Treasury, and Accounting Operations.
• Reporting and KPI management: prepare and maintain B2B AR reports and KPIs.
• Ensure internal controls: support implementation and maintenance of internal controls.
• Drive process improvements: identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation.
