Job summary

TreviPay in the Netherlands seeks an entry-level Client AR & Support Specialist I to support B2B collections and accounts receivable activities, delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and Teams, provide payment and invoice information, and help with reconciliations.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with urgency and ownership, supporting both customers and the Client AR team while developing skills to progress to Specialist II.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience preferred; customer service, contact center, or collections experience is a plus
• Lithuanian is required and Dutch strongly preferred; English skills needed
• Good English writing/reading/speaking skills
• Proficient use of CRM and MS Office applications
• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to support B2B collection efforts with a call-first mindset
• Answer calls, make outbound calls, and respond to inquiries promptly
• Deliver an elite customer experience via phone, email, and Teams
• Record all interactions in the CRM system
• Provide payment history and open invoice information as requested
• Work toward KPIs (quality, past-due rate, 60+%) and productivity
• Assist with ad hoc account training and reconciliations under guidance
• Identify root causes and escalate complex issues appropriately
