TrainMore seeks a data-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist for its Amsterdam HQ. This hands-on role covers NL and UK entities, focusing on risk-based data analysis and process improvements in collections and credit management.

You will oversee invoicing, settlements, and reporting, ensuring strong cash collection while maintaining customer experience. 40-hour weeks, on-site at the Amsterdam head office, with at least 4 days onsite. The role requires Dutch (C1) and English proficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control or financial operations.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to identify risk and drive process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in Dutch and English (UK and NL markets preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable and collections across NL and UK entities.
• Identify financial and credit risks through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead process improvement projects to streamline billing, dunning and reconciliation, with focus on automation.
• Monitor debtor ageing and implement credit risk controls in line with policies.
• Build and improve monthly reports and KPIs on outstanding receivables and cash collection.
• Manage settlements, refunds, and ensure correct postings in NetSuite and CRM.
