You will be empathetic, clear, and proactive about expectations, contribute to improvements, and uphold quality and customer satisfaction while helping build the best online financial comparison platform.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a Multibranch Claims Handler.
• Empathetic and clear communication with customers and advisors.
• Willingness to contribute to process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Handle claims in various areas for private customers.
• Speak to customers over the phone.
• Assess liability claims in different areas.
• Promote recovery efforts within the recovery network.
• Perform recovery tasks when appropriate.
• Suggest improvements to services.
