Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Design Desk Engineer for a fully remote role based in the Netherlands. You will design IT solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, virtualization, networking, and security, producing detailed documentation and implementation-ready proposals.

You will use AI-assisted tools while ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client objectives. The ideal candidate has broad IT engineering knowledge, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours/week, remotely.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Pass online behavioral and cognitive assessments.
• Two of these certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or 3CX Basic Certified Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into solution architectures and implementation-ready documentation.
• Develop technical proposals, SOWs, workplans, and milestones.
• Evaluate proposals for feasibility, scope, licensing, risks, and readiness.
• Review requests for completeness and identify missing information.
• Validate environment details and supporting documentation.
• Maintain ownership of requests with status, schedules, and decisions.
• Communicate delays and changes to stakeholders.
• Participate in triage, workload reviews, and KPI monitoring.
• Prepare for vCIO discussions by documenting requirements and risks.
• Use templates, vendor docs, and internal resources to develop solutions.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate design while validating outputs.
• Identify and correct inaccuracies and gaps before deliverables.
