Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Application Programmer based in the Netherlands for a remote-first contract. You will modernize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, build customer portals, and implement AI-powered customer engagement features.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 development, enhancement and support.
• Experience building Dynamics customer portals or similar customer-facing apps.
• Full SDLC experience from requirements to production support.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and sprint-based delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with analysts, QA, developers and leadership.
• Public Trust-level security eligibility is desirable or required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for evolving business needs.
• Build and maintain customer portals and related digital applications.
• Translate requirements into technical designs; code, test, and deploy enhancements; provide production support.
• Enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities and AI-powered features.
• Contribute to AI-enabled customer service, including chat, IVR, and automation.
• Integrate Microsoft Document Intelligence to automate document processing.
• Refine requirements and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Deliver work within Agile/Scrum sprint timelines; maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate across QA, developers, analysts and leadership to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide production issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and remediation.
