Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Support Engineer based in the Netherlands to assist developers and businesses with complex database and production challenges. You will work across multiple support channels, diagnose issues, and guide customers toward sustainable solutions.

In this remote-friendly role, you will help shape scalable support processes, document solutions, and collaborate with Engineering to drive product improvements. Strong SQL experience and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting production applications or SaaS products.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read and understand unfamiliar code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on using the database platform and resolve challenges.
• Respond to and resolve issues across tickets and channels.
• Diagnose issues across applications, databases, infrastructure, and production workflows.
• Help customers troubleshoot independently and build knowledge.
• Create and improve documentation and support playbooks.
• Identify recurring issues and work with Engineering on improvements.
• Contribute to scalable support systems and processes.
• Translate feedback into product and documentation improvements.
